TEO:                                   Hello there!

SAM:                                  We are about to show you how to make a long or short film and make a lot of cash.

SAM:                                  You could ask your friends or family for money.

TEO:                                   Or don’t! You could look for grants. Here are a few examples.

TEO:                                   The BBC. They collaborate with writers directors. BBC Films is commited to finding and developing new talent. Applicants get in contact with BBC Films using an agent, as an established producer.

SAM:                                  Yes Teo.

TEO:                                   Another one would be Film London. They support the growth of film, TV, video, commerial and interactive media in London. Obviously!

TEO:   

Film 4 also invest    £15million annually in developing films for theatrical release in cinema.

SAM:                              Creative Europe Desk. It is

the EUs programme to support creative projects.

TEO:                                            It also provides funding for cultural and creative sectors as well as providing funding for, film, television, games and new media.

SAM:                                           The Northern Ireland screen fund offer a range of funding strands for script, project and slate development, plus feature film and television content production funding.

TEO:                                            Productions will be required to spend a proportion of the total production in Northern Ireland.

SAM:                                           The Welsh company Fflim Cymry aim to identify and produce Welsh directors. They work with producers, writers and directors.

TEO:                                            Yorkshire content fund are a public-private investment fund for the TV, film, video games and digital sectors based in Yorkshire. It is open to someone wishing to film or establish a base in the region.

SAM:                                           If you are British you can enable producers to access the UKS fil, tax relief. As well as this you can apply to the BFI Film Funds.
